Do you leave your phone on the charger all night or on a fast charger in the morning? Or do you charge wirelessly? The ITdaily editorial team examines the charging behavior of IT professionals.
Charging your phone is a daily activity for many people. The speed at which a device can be charged has increasingly become an area in which manufacturers want to distinguish themselves in recent years. Some smartphones only need to be charged for ten to fifteen minutes to last another day.
Due to major technological advances, every user now develops their own “charging rituals”. Some leave their phone to charge overnight, while others quickly charge their device while getting ready for the work day in the morning. If you have the option, you might swear by wireless charging.
The ITdaily editorial team wants to know how to charge your phone. Do you have a “slow” or a “fast” charger, with or without a cable? Since manufacturers sometimes use the term “fast charging” inappropriately, we set the limit for the term fast charger at a charging power of at least 60 W.
