Ukrainian-Czech company UAC introduced its new unmanned aerial vehicle. It is called Leleka LR (Long Range). The new drone was built on the basis of the reconnaissance drone “Stork-100” of the Ukrainian company Deviro. Production is established in the Czech Republic and the Operator Training Center will remain in Ukraine. In addition, testing and service operations will be carried out in Ukraine.
Leleka LR is a reconnaissance level drone, just like Leleka-100. It can climb to an altitude of 2000 meters and stay in the air for 4 hours. The action radius is 90 km. The UAV is capable of developing a speed of 32 m/s at a cruising speed of 22 m/s.
The drone is equipped with a camera with two-axis stabilization and up to 25x zoom. Thanks to the on-board computer, the unmanned aerial vehicle can accompany moving objects in automatic mode.
Leleka LR has modern technologies that make it impervious to enemy electronic warfare tools. It can also be used with Leleka LR artillery systems and HIMARS. The drone is expected to be accepted in about a month. Source
