SaaS company Celonis is launching its own AI assistant. It must help its customers simplify their processes.
Process Copilot is the eye-catcher of Celonis’ own event Celosphere 2023. This still takes place today at its home base in Munich. Process Copilot is an evolution of its LLM for PQL Generation, a tool introduced earlier this year. Celonis often launches new products during the Celosphere. Last year, for example, this was the case with Process Sphere and Business Miner.
According to Celonis, this assistant is intended to simplify interaction with its customers. Analysts can ask questions directly and gain insights via the interface Senior Product Marketing Manager Paige Andrews.
Celonis wants its customers to discover new valuable opportunities faster and easier thanks to Process Copilot. Users can first ask questions about their own processes and then generate various improvement opportunities. From there, a company can then take targeted measures.
Process Copilot offers several things:
Extensive understanding of the use of natural language
Various question suggestions
Integrated filters for the Celonis platform
Targeted actions (tables, graphics, emails)
Process Copilot is currently still in beta. The AI assistant is already available to select Celonis customers.
The company is popular in the technology world. There were two different takeover attempts last year, but each failed.
