Xiaomi is all set to launch the much-awaited Redmi K70 series in its home market of China soon. Now a new teaser from the company has revealed the battery specifications and fast charging speed of the Redmi K70e. Here are all the details.

Redmi K70e battery and charging features

The brand released a new teaser on its official Weibo account (Chinese microblogging site). Looking at the teaser, it seems that the Redmi K70e will be equipped with a 5500mAh battery. Moreover, this device will even offer a fast charging speed of 90W. Redmi also adds that the new smartphone is equipped with Xiaomi’s proprietary battery technology, which ensures 90% battery life even after 1,000 heavy loads and long cycles.

To achieve this long battery life, the company uses a high energy density battery combined with a smart charging algorithm to extend battery life. However, despite the large battery, the Redmi K70e will still be only 8.05 mm thick.

In another previous report, we mentioned that all the technical specifications of the device were leaked. Thus, the teaser confirms the battery and charging features. It will have a 6.67 inch OLED display with FHD + resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8300 Ultra SoC paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. It is also worth noting that the Redmi K70e model could be the POCO F6 5G rebranded for the global market.
