Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its much-awaited Redmi K70 series smartphones in China later this month. Excitement is building as the devices appear online multiple times, with the official Xiaomi Redmi Weibo account teasing key features and further increasing the anticipation for the official launch.

Now, popular tipster Digital Chat Station has released real-world images showcasing the impressive design of the upcoming Redmi K70E smartphone. The phone will have a thin bezel that contributes to its outstanding screen-to-body ratio. The device features a 1.5K flexible direct display with 1920Hz PWM high-frequency dimming, 1800 nits peak brightness, 12-bit color depth, and an under-display fingerprint sensor.

Under the hood, the Redmi K70E will be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra processor coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. This combination promises outstanding performance for both daily tasks and demanding games. Xiaomi also confirmed that the Redmi K70E will be equipped with a 5500mAh battery and 90W fast charging. The phone will have a slim profile of only 8.05 mm despite its large battery capacity.

Redmi K70E will include a smart charging mechanism to extend battery life and apply Xiaomi’s Haixing algorithm to repair the battery. Xiaomi claims that the effective battery capacity will remain above 90% even after 1000 intensive charge and discharge cycles.

To ensure the phone performs best under heavy workloads, the Redmi K70E will be equipped with Redmi’s largest 5000 mm² stainless steel VC (Vapor Chamber) cooling system. This system provides a 26.6% increase in heat dissipation area compared to the previous generation, ensuring optimal performance even during long gaming sessions. The phone will run the latest version of Xiaomi’s HyperOS software, and according to the leaked image, the phone will also offer up to 1 TB of storage.

Lu Weibing, Xiaomi Group Partner, International President and General Manager of the Redmi brand, hinted that the Redmi K70 series will be released this month. The Redmi K70 series is expected to include three models: K70E, K70 and K70 Pro. Although a specific release date has not been announced yet, leaked photos and teasers suggest that the Redmi K70E is ready to launch soon.
