Exact launches Fall 23, a new set of solutions and features that enable SMEs and their accountants to further digitize and automate their organizations.

Users of Exact Online Bookkeeping Professional, Premium and ERP editions now receive proactive notification of accounting discrepancies through continuous monitoring. For example, you will receive a message if the system detects discrepancies in specified amounts such as subscriptions or policies or if credit limits are exceeded.

In addition, the software now also offers the option of creating new budgets based on existing budgets, supported by useful calculation methods. Finally, booking templates now help users book recurring invoices efficiently and with minimal discrepancies.

Users have access to a file with a fixed structure in which relevant documents are stored with the correct metadata. Additional information is linked to the documents to help interpret documents correctly and make them easier to find.

All Exact Online Accountancy Suite products reference the latest version in SharePoint, so all users always work with the most current version of the document. This document management system was developed specifically for accounting and works with all solutions in the Exact Online Accountancy Suite.
