After all, Android tablets will be in fashion again and manufacturers are in a hurry to release their devices. For this reason, OPPO announced its second tablet called Pad Air in the domestic market, taking Apple as a reference. The first was simply called the Pad and was introduced in February this year. However, if the OPPO Pad borrowed ideas from the iPad Pro and excellent equipment, then the OPPO Pad Air cannot boast. Moreover, the tablet is very similar to the Realme Pad in terms of both appearance and features.
The novelty belongs to the budget class of devices. The tablet is equipped with a 10.36-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2000×1200 pixels, a refresh rate of 60 Hz and a maximum brightness of 360 nits. Under the hood is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 chipset, 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of persistent memory. You can expand the memory with microSD cards up to 512GB.
The resolution of the main camera is 8 MP, front – 5 MP. The tablet uses a 7100mAh battery with 18-watt charging support and four speakers with a total capacity of 4 watts with Dolby Atmos support. The thickness of the device is 6.94 mm, weight – 440 grams. The tablet runs ColorOS 12.1 for Pad based on Android 12.
It is unclear whether the OPPO Pencil launched with the OPPO Pad will be supported, but there is an option on the manufacturer’s website that lets you order a tablet with a keyboard cover and a stylus. The base version with 4/64 GB will cost 1,299 yuan, the version with 4/128 GB will cost 1,499 yuan, and the version with 6/128 GB will cost 1,695 yuan.
