Amazon introduced a chatbot based on artificial intelligence.
This was reported by Ukrinform’s TechCrunch report.
The bot, called Q, will help businesses with tasks like summarizing large documents or creating group chats and content, the company said. The bot can also answer customer questions, create charts, analyze data, and help companies with coding.
Q can be customized by connecting to apps and software like Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Gmail, and Amazon S3 storage.
A company might ask Q via a web application to, for example, analyze which product features its customers are having problems with and possible solutions, or to download a file (Word document, PDF, spreadsheet, etc.) and ask questions about that file. .
To prevent errors, Q prompts users to test the actions it is about to perform before they are run.
To reduce the possibility of hallucinations (i.e., situations where Q fabricates facts, a common problem in generative AI systems), users can configure Q to extract information only from company documents and not from any underlying model.
When launching Q, Amazon promised to protect the business from copyright infringement lawsuits.
As Ukrinform reports, the American company Amazon introduced a new robot that can guard large areas.
