You could say that this is another week of GeForce Now and that the normal addition of games compatible with the service is therefore maintained. However, this is not exactly the case. It is true, yes, that new games are coming, NVIDIA always fits in this sense, but the fact is that between we are facing a particularly symbolic debuta title highly anticipated by many that represents a confirmation of the commitments made a few months ago by Microsoft.
A little over a month and a half has passed since the final closure (at least in principle) of one of the most convoluted and convoluted purchase operations of recent times. i mean of course Microsoft acquisition of Activision Blizzard Kingthe operation originally designed to be completed in less than a year, but due to the opposition it had to face, it was extended to 21 months, almost doubling the original forecast.
A key element in this process, as you may recall, was Activision’s Call of Duty franchise and more specifically, Sony’s fear that ABK in Microsoft’s hands would threaten the special terms PlayStation enjoys regarding the arrival of CoD. However, Microsoft said that its plans are not to limit the range of titles in the series, but to expand it and introduce it to cloud gaming services such as GeForce Now, as well as to previously unthinkable platforms such as the Nintendo Switch.
We signed a 10-year deal with NVIDIA that will allow GeForce NOW players to stream Xbox PC games as well as Activision Blizzard PC titles, including COD, after the acquisition. We’re committed to bringing more games to more people – however they choose to play.

The tweet you can see above this paragraph was posted by Phil Spencer at the end of February, and as you can see, Call of Duty coming to GeForce Now was specifically mentioned. So, from the confirmation of the purchase process, we knew it was only a matter of time before we started enjoying the most successful war franchise on NVIDIA’s cloud gaming service. And finally, that moment has arrived, because Microsoft and NVIDIA have made a decision kick off the arrival of Activision Blizzard King titles to GeForce Now with CoD.
More specifically, there are three titles in the franchise that are already compatible with GFN, namely they are grouped together at Call of Duty HQ:
This way, and thanks to the virtually universal reach of GeForce Now, players will now be able to enjoy the franchise on many devices where this was not possible beforewhich once again shows us the great contribution of cloud gaming platforms to the gaming world.
So, including the three CoD franchise titles making their debut on the service, they are 15 games added this week on GeForce Now, in what looks to be a particularly fruitful month again. Here’s the news:
