This was announced by Mykhailo Fedorov, Deputy Prime Minister for the Development of Innovation, Education, Science and Technology – Minister of Digital Transformation, Ukrinform reports.

“The Council of Ministers adopted a decision enabling the launch of the Dia.Office service for officials. “Our goal is to increase the efficiency of the public service through digitalization,” said Fedorov.

With the introduction of the new service, employees of public institutions will be able to have an electronic identity in Diya, conduct surveys and benefit from services that will increase communication efficiency, and will be able to authorize themselves over corporate resources thanks to Diya. .Signature.

In addition, through Diya.Ofis, information about the structure of state bodies and those responsible for instructions can be displayed, which, in the opinion of the Deputy Prime Minister, will increase the transparency of their work.

In the future, the application will contain information about the goals of each ministry and the government in general.

There are also plans to launch a functionality that includes productivity and CRI assessment for each civil servant, which will make it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of his work and the relevance of targets.

Fedorov emphasizes that no additional budget funds will be allocated for the implementation of the project. The software was developed with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP program implemented by the Eastern European Foundation and with the help of the Action Support Project implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine with funding from the Swedish government. .
