There are also plans to launch a functionality that includes productivity and CRI assessment for each civil servant, which will make it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of his work and the relevance of targets.
Fedorov emphasizes that no additional budget funds will be allocated for the implementation of the project. The software was developed with the support of the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP program implemented by the Eastern European Foundation and with the help of the Action Support Project implemented by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine with funding from the Swedish government. .
