The French Inetum buys the ServiceNow specialist Unifii. The company is active in the UK and Ireland, where Inetum wants to strengthen its presence. The relationship with ServiceNow is also becoming closer.
Inetum buys Unifii. Unifii is a key ServiceNow partner in Ireland and the UK. With the acquisition, the French Inetum wants to increase its presence in this region, but also deepen its relationship with ServiceNow. The acquisition will make Inetum a partner with 500 ServiceNow experts in Europe and more than 2,000 certifications.
The acquisition fits Inetum’s growth strategy. Jacques Pommeraud, CEO of Inetum Group: “We are delighted to acquire Unifii.” This is fully in line with Inetum’s strategy to become the leading ServiceNow partner in Europe and our ability to meet the growing needs of our customers to fulfill.”
Global ambition
Inetum operates globally and provides IT services and solutions for organizations looking to transform. The ServiceNow platform plays an important role here. ServiceNow has a new partner program that emphasizes diverse expertise, which Inetum, with its size and diverse range of specialists, is expected to be able to offer.
However, with a presence in 27 countries and 28,000 employees under its wing, the French multinational does even more. In 2022, annual sales were 2.4 billion euros. Both parties do not share the amount for which Inifii was sold.
