Ukraine has a 300,000 strong IT army.

According to the Ukrinform correspondent, this was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov during the International Diia Summit Brave Ukraine in Davos.

He said that in Ukraine, a powerful IT army has now been formed, which has about 300,000 participants, both Ukrainian and foreign.

According to the minister, during the war Ukraine began using artificial intelligence to identify dead Russians. It has also raised more than $60 million in cryptocurrencies to help the military and humanitarian causes through its first cryptocurrency fund.

Fedorov also emphasized that after the full-scale invasion, Ukraine started to use Starlink technology extensively.

“More than 10,000 Starlink terminals have arrived in Ukraine. We use them to support critical infrastructure,” the minister said.

In addition, Starlink’s internet connection provides occupied settlements where the Russians are destroying infrastructure.

As reported, Russian hackers continue to attack Ukrainian authorities’ websites and send dangerous letters to residents to steal personal data. Ukraine successfully repelled all hostile cyber attacks.
