Update rules:

1. The update will not delete any user data, but it’s a good idea to back up important personal data before continuing.
2. Some third-party apps may experience compatibility issues with Android 14. Users are recommended to update these applications to the latest versions from the software store.
3. After the update, the system will be subject to adaptation and optimization within two days. Users may experience temporary issues such as heating, slowdown, or rapid power consumption. To solve this problem, it is recommended to turn off the screen, charge for 2 hours and restart the tablet.
4. Users of the public beta version can upgrade directly to the official version using system transfer, without the need for additional registration.

Application process:

1. Make sure your tablet version is updated to base version 13.1.0.196.
2. Go to “Settings > About this machine > Major version information (above “Tablet name”) > Settings in the top right corner > Program for early users > ColorOS 14.0 official release > Check “I have read and agree to the Privacy Policy” > Apply Now” . Once the program is complete, click “Check for Updates” to find and download the version to update.
