The operator currently does not have a mobile application. The reasons are unknown. So far, the company has not announced a possible cyber attack on its resources.
The company’s official Telegram channel states that so far only an increase in connections of subscribers of other operators to Vodafone networks through national roaming has been observed. So this may be due to a sharp increase in the load on resources.
Our call centers receive many requests from KS subscribers regarding the national roaming service. On our side the service is working properly. At least we see lifecell subscribers registered in our network who use the national roaming service. Likewise, Vodafone subscribers can register to another operator’s network, currently only the lifecell network. We have already informed our colleagues at Kyivstar about this, we remain in contact and want to return to formation as soon as possible.
– company representatives wrote.
When you open the Vodafone app, a message appears: “Technical work. The application is temporarily unavailable as technical work is currently ongoing. We apologize for the inconvenience.”.

The problem most likely arose unexpectedly because the company did not provide advance notice of the technical work.
In its statement at 14.16, the company stated that the reason for the problems was the heavy load on the service channels. but everything is fine with communication and internet. “Friends, due to the density of our service channels today, some of you may have restrictions in using these channels. At the same time, everything is fine in mobile services, the network works as usual, do not worry.”says in the message.
