The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has developed a number of projects of regulatory documents on the support of innovative activities in Ukraine.
This was announced by Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal on Facebook, Ukrinform reported.
“The government is working on the Innovative Development Strategy of Ukraine until 2030. He talked about this during the presentation of the Global Innovative Vision of Ukraine,” he said.
According to him, the strategy is based on three principles, including the development of the Ukrainian innovation ecosystem.
Shmyhal explained that it is about creating conditions for the free emergence and circulation of ideas, helping research institutions, innovative startups and technology companies.
The head of government said the second principle of the strategy is “a multifaceted policy of state innovation support: from deregulation to national programmes.”
At the same time, the third priority is the promotion of innovations and the development of technologies that will solve the current problems of today and the future.
The Prime Minister emphasized that the government is currently developing a number of normative document projects on the support of innovative activities in Ukraine.
“The main thing is to remove bureaucratic obstacles to the initiative. To create a competitive market where anyone with talent and skills can implement the business project and contribute to economic growth,” he emphasized.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Innovation Development Fund has selected the 15 best Ukrainian startups that develop and create innovative developments in war conditions.
