Salesforce is launching a technology package designed to make it easier for developers to use Salesforce applications. The company is also launching a job fair for Salesforce job seekers.

Unlimited Edition+ (UE+) is a simplified package in which Salesforce bundles various applications. UE+ is still available in various flavors that are aimed at defined areas of application. In addition, Salesforce is launching a job site for Salesforce developers integrated with Trailhead.

Simplified technology package

UE+, announced at the Dreamforce conference in September, is now available. UE+ includes a simplified suite of Salesforce applications tailored to various industries. By bundling relevant solutions, Salesforce hopes to lower the barrier for customers to adopt advanced applications such as AI implementations.

Simplified does not mean the same as simple. UE+ still comes in various flavors and sub-flavors. UE+ for sales and service was announced at Dreamforce and includes Sales Cloud UE+ This includes everything from Sales Cloud Unlimited Edition as well as Data Cloud, Gen AI, Sales Planning, Maps, Revenue Intelligence, Slack and Slack Sales Elevate. Service Cloud UE+ Following the same philosophy, includes the Service Cloud Unlimited Edition, expanded to include Data Cloud, Gen AI, Service Cloud Voice, Digital Engagement, Feedback Management, Self Service, Slack and CRM Analytics.

UE+ for industries is a completely new package package, which again contains several variants.

• Financial Services Cloud UE+ for Sales: for example, to combine data from emails and webinars with data about conference attendance and business data to better understand motivations.
• Financial Services Cloud UE+ for Service: This variant serves the same purpose and is intended for banks and insurance companies like the above UE+ version.
• Health Cloud UE+ for Service: Salesforce wants to provide everything necessary so that hospitals, for example, can quickly implement AI support for triage, which should make records more efficient.
• Manufacturing Cloud UE+ for Sales: includes the tools for companies that need insight into their company’s overall performance, including AI summaries of where priorities should lie.

Salesforce hopes UE+ will be comprehensive enough to help customers and their developers build modern (AI-driven) experiences based on their business data. The bundles are designed to ensure that companies don’t get stuck with the wrong or inadequate combination of Salesforce tools.

Salesforce Job Fair

The Trailblazer Career Marketplace is a further extension of the online learning platform starting point from Salesforce. Here job seekers can get in touch with potential employers. Candidates can design their profile based on their work history, relevant Salesforce experience, proven skills and references. Additionally, job seekers can add an introductory video if they wish.

Data protection was also given the necessary attention when developing the learning platform. Job seekers have the option to hide their personal information such as their full name and profile photo to reduce the risk of bias.
