Orange increases its prices, but in return offers more data and faster internet speeds. The new prices apply from January 14, 2024.

Anyone who uses a Telekom subscription from Orange for their home office can expect more data from January 14, 2024. Prices remain unchanged, except for the basic Go Light formula, which is 2 euros more expensive.

For the two most expensive formulas, Go Intense and Go Extreme, Orange increases the data limit in Europe (which is different than in Belgium). Go Intense now gets 45 GB (instead of 35 GB) and Go Extreme 60 GB (instead of 45 GB). Anyone in the EU who goes beyond this pays 0.001876 euros per MB.

Exceeding your data package in Belgium (excluding roaming) will not incur any additional costs, but will result in significantly slower internet speeds. All changes can be found below:

Mobile subscription Old/new data limit Data limit in the EU (roaming) Old/new price
Go light 4GB / 6GB 6GB 12 euros / 14 euros
GoPlus 20GB / 30GB 30GB 23 euros / 23 euros
Be intensive 70GB / 80GB 45GB 35 euros / 35 euros
Go extreme 300GB / 300GB 60GB 47 euros / 47 euros
All prices include VAT

Faster internet formulas

Orange’s internet subscriptions are also receiving an update. Anyone who has a love bundle with a cell phone and/or TV can expect slightly higher internet speeds, depending on the region in which they live. The price of Star Fiber increases significantly by 5 euros, Zen Fiber remains unchanged.

Fixed Internet (Love Bundle) Current speed (downward) New speed (down) Old/new price
star fiber 150 Mbps 150 – 200 Mbit/s 40 euros / 45 euros
Zen fiber 400 Mbps 400 – 500 Mbit/s 55 euros / 55 euros
All prices include VAT

Anyone who only has an Orange internet subscription without the Love combination benefit will now pay less per month, with the exception of the cheapest package. Speeds remain unchanged, except in some regions where an increase of 50 Mbps or 100 Mbps is possible.

Fixed Internet (separate subscription) Current speed (downward) New speed (down) Old/new price
star fiber 150 Mbps 150 – 200 Mbit/s 46 euros / 49 euros
Zen fiber 400 Mbps 400 – 500 Mbit/s 61 euros / 59 euros
Giga Fiber 1Gbps 1Gbps 71 euros / 69 euros
Everything in fiber 1Gbps 1Gbps 76 euros / 74 euros
All prices include VAT

Orange wants to “guarantee the quality of its services” through the price change. On the same day last year, Orange also increased its landline and mobile subscriptions.
