According to the company, the “My Kyivstar” information system, through which subscribers can view their account balances, has also started working again.

Currently, the company continues to improve the operation of the “Home Internet” service in Kiev and some other places, and also plans to gradually remove restrictions on the speed of mobile Internet in the near future.

The company announced that “Kyivstar” specialists are working on the launch of high-speed mobile Internet in roaming and plan to launch this service in the near future for Ukrainian subscribers in Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland and other countries.

“To stabilize the operation of the services, the company has involved all its existing technical staff, as well as its international partners in Sweden, Ireland, the USA, China, Finland and other countries,” the company said.

Kyivstar added that the accrual of bonuses and compensation to subscribers who cannot use communication services due to the hacker attack will be carried out only after the network is fully stabilized and all services are launched.

As reported, on the morning of December 12, Kyivstar, one of Ukraine’s largest mobile operators, experienced a technical malfunction. The company later confirmed that it was the victim of a “strong hacker attack.”

At the same time, one of the Russian fake hacker groups claimed responsibility for the attack on Kievstar.
