“Dream” and “eResidency”: Ministry of Digital announces new services in “Diya” in 2024

The Ministry of Digital Transformation is preparing for the launch of new services in 2024 – educational application “Dream”, eResidence, eNoter.

Deputy Prime Minister for the Development of Innovations, Education, Science and Technologies – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov told this at the Diia Summit, according to the Ukrinform correspondent.

“Next year, we will continue to develop a new project, an application, together with the Ministry of National Education. “Dream”. There will be a technological revolution in education. “It will give us the opportunity to analyze in real time what is happening in the education system, to see each class, each child, his grades, we will be able to create individual educational trajectories, understand what can be improved in the educational process,” Fedorov noted.

Another product that the Ministry team has been working on since 2019 is almost ready: isResidency. Thanks to this, foreign citizens will have the opportunity to open FOP and pay taxes in Ukraine in a few clicks. As Fedorov emphasizes, it will be of interest primarily to freelancers.

The Ministry plans to put it into service in 2024 is a notary – An electronic service, with which, as Fedorov joked, it would finally be possible to overcome the notary lobby in Ukraine.

A number of services are also planned to be restarted next year: marriage (with the possibility of registering relations online and obtaining an electronic certificate), electronic declaration, a comprehensive electronic service for veterans, a service for sending petitions and proposals from local authorities, etc.

“We will continue to transform the State Statistics Service into a de facto IT company that will collect and process information in real time. We plan to do the same in the State Production and Consumer Services, with excise taxes, etc.” added the Deputy Prime Minister.

They hope to launch and vehicle customs clearance service In the “Action” section. According to Fedorov, the relevant updated bill will be registered in the Verkhovna Rada this week, which will start the process.

As reported, the United States will allocate $150 million over five years for Ukraine’s further digital transformation.
