The head of state announced that it will be possible to sell or buy a car via smartphone in just 15 minutes and receive a new technical license and new vehicle numbers by mail.

In response, Deputy Prime Minister for the Development of Innovation, Education, Science and Technology – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov announced that the Ministry of Digital has launched a service for re-registration of motor vehicles such as cars, motorcycles and mopeds in Diya. .

“The vehicle re-registration service is one of the most revolutionary services that we have been doing together with the team of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the last year. In short, it is the opportunity to re-register, that is, buy or sell a vehicle. “Without MIA centers, completely online, by car via QR code or link “It can be done,” he said.

According to him, this process now takes only 15 minutes and can be carried out without going to the Ministry of Internal Affairs service centers.

As reported by Ukrinform, the Ministry of Digitization has improved the driving license replacement service in Diya, adding the possibility of ordering the delivery of the document.

Beta tests of the vehicle registration renewal service started on the Diya application on October 16. According to Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, 61 cars have already been re-registered online during beta testing.
