Regarding the cost of higher education for non-permanent foreigners, if the reform is approved, will be responsible for national public administration education that will determine them annually.

“The corresponding amounts for each institution will be determined annually in the general annual budget national public administration, and its distribution will be carried out publicly and transparently,” he warns.
