Spanish retailer Coolmod has launched mid-range Intel Raptor Lake Refresh processors. The chip giant will introduce them at CES 2024 to finalize the platform, but with this preview we already have an idea of ​​the versions and prices of each model.

After months of rumors and leaks last October, Intel unveiled the Raptor Lake Refresh, a desktop CPU that kicked off the 14th generation of Core processors. In line with the general strategy of electronics manufacturers, Intel launched high-end platforms first, and we have already offered you complete analyzes of some of its models, with the Core i9-14900K being the highlight of the range.

In a few days, as part of the trade show in Las Vegas, Intel will officially present the rest of the series. These are the non-‘K’ versions, meaning those that don’t have an unlocked multiplier to facilitate overclocking, as well as the ‘F’ variants, meaning those that don’t have integrated graphics.

Mid-range Intel Raptor Lake Refresh, versions and prices

As with the high range, there will be several versions to suit all needs and budgets. We see versions with 24, 20, 14 and 10 cores, sold in Core i9, Core i7, Core i5 and Core i3. Everyone has a Maximum TDP 65Wa big difference from the 125-watt K-series. We’ll leave you with the list of news and set prices, although we have to point out that these are not the official Intel ones we’ll see at CES:

  • Core i9-14900: 599 euros.
  • Core i9-14900F: 574 euros.
  • Core i7-14700: 409 euros.
  • Core i7-14700F: 384 euros.
  • Core i5-14500: 249 euros.
  • Core i5-14400: 249 euros.
  • Core i5-14400F: 219 euros.
  • Core i3-14100: 149 euros.
  • Core i3-14100F: 124 euros.

Some models are still listed, such as the Core i5-14600 and another that is said to end up at the top of the entire platform, Core i9-14900KS at 6.2 GHz and with a TDP of 150 watts which would be launched later to complement the LGA1700 socket that everyone uses as the following “Core Ultra 200” will use the new socket.

All of the listed processors can be installed on existing Z790 and Z690 motherboards after an appropriate BIOS update, although like the high-end versions, they will gain the full potential of the new motherboards from the listed major manufacturers as they are optimized from the ground up. and adding new technologies and additional features. We are already publishing major releases, for example from ASUS.
