Development teams face enormous challenges more than once. Deadlines are tight, developers are interdependent, and we regularly work with foreign professionals located in different time zones. This combination results in a waste of time more than once.

Wasting time creates irritation among team members, increases costs, and sometimes compromises the quality of the product being delivered.

The problem lies in mutual cooperation and lack of clarity. Typically, developers work together on different tasks in a backlog, but not from one system, which means communication runs in parallel, leading to miscommunication and duplication of effort.

The biggest bottleneck in development projects is unclear. In the systems that development teams work with, sharing files is very easy. Everyone automatically gets access. But these systems have their limits.

For example, it is often not clear who is responsible for a particular task. Developers wonder if someone else has already taken on a task, send an email, and receive a response at the end of the day. Another day is wasted as the deadline approaches.

Another problem is that developers cannot see if team members are stuck. This makes it much more difficult to react to problems and solve them quickly. For example, developers seek the wrong help, professionals with less knowledge focus on the problem, and solving a problem takes an unnecessarily long time. Time is wasted again.
