The State Service “Action” launched a new survey at the initiative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. Regarding the right to own the weapon called SE “Diya”, users are asked to answer a few questions on their telegram channel.
Every user can share their opinion on gun ownership. To participate in the survey, you need to open the “Action” program, go to the “Services” section, click on “Survey” and choose one of the three options. Authorities especially want to understand for what purposes the citizens of the country would use the guns if they were legally in their possession.
The following answers are offered to the selection:
For special needs
For personal protection
I object
The survey will be held during the week. Only adult users of the “Action” mobile app can participate in it. Officials have provided a direct link to the poll in the app so users can follow and vote on the poll.
Currently, the survey runs intermittently. The government service announced that there are minor technical problems that will be eliminated and soon the survey will work properly.
We will recall that in mid-February 2022, the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Reznikov, spoke positively about the right to have weapons in Ukraine. He then said that citizens should be allowed to store handguns. And it is better to prohibit the transport of short-barreled weapons. Source
