Reacting to the failure, the co-founder of the bank, Oleg Horohovskyi, confirmed in his telegram the problems in the operation of the application and said that experts were already working on this issue.

“We broke it a bit. Let’s fix it. I’m sorry”, – wrote Horokhovsky.

The bank’s support service confirmed to hromadske that currently users may experience problems with the application.

“We are very sorry that there are difficulties working with our product. We are currently experiencing difficulties on our side as well.”the company said.

What exactly were the problems?

There is no error during authorization in the Monobank application. However, users get errors while trying to perform any operation.

“The problem is… Something went wrong, let’s try again,” the application says and gives an error.

At the same time, no transactions are made and the data on the card is not updated.

“Bank” does not work

The worst thing is that the “Banks” savings service does not work, since many fees are currently opened in this way. Users cannot yet donate to the bank. Transfers can also be made from card to card.
