Texas won Wednesday in a legal battle over buoys installed in the Rio Grande along the U.S.-Mexico border as the appeal court will allow him to maintain a 300-meter barrier, installed last July.

On appeal, Texas argued that Judge Ezra erred in his finding that the buoys constituted an obstruction to navigation on the river and that abused his powers by ordering the removal of the buoys.
