Nowadays If you want to dictate a message on Gboard You first need to press the microphone icon that appears in the top bar or directly switch the keyboard to Google Voice Typing; but in the future, you’ll have the best of both worlds if you want.
Google is working on Seamless voice typing mode. The keyboard hears us as soon as it openswithout having to press the microphone button. This is optional, so whoever chooses to remain as before will be free to do so.
Dictating on Gboard just got easier

In practice, this innovation can take the form of: If you use your mobile phone in places where there are people talking around you, it will have adverse effects.because that would make your Gboard’s typing really messed up, but we’ll have to wait to try it to find out how it works.
If this seems like a terrible idea, the good news is will be optional and we are with complete certainty that it will not be active by default, so if you don’t want it, everything will remain as it is today.
