LG Electronics recently launched the LG QNED 83 TV series in India. What makes this TV special is its Quantum NanoCell Display panel, which will set new standards for image quality and home entertainment.

QNED 83 series combines Quantum Dot and NanoCell technologies and 120 Hz refresh rate. This mixture is designed for a more realistic and sharp image. The series also includes features such as Dolby Vision & Atmos, AI Super Upscaling, local dimming and gaming capabilities.

Some of the key features of the QNED 83 series include the α7 Gen6 AI 4K processor, designed to make imaging dynamic and personal. The processor is known for its responsiveness and improves overall performance. Local dimming technology, supported by deep learning algorithms, aims to make images clearer and more natural by reducing the halo effect. On the audio side, AI Picture Pro and AI Sound Pro features enhance surround sound with Virtual 5.1.2 channels.

This series is also aimed at gamers with features such as Game Dashboard & Optimizer, AMD FreeSync, VRR and 120Hz refresh rate designed to make gameplay smooth and responsive. Advanced webOS makes Smart TV easier to use, providing easy access to popular streaming services.

Prices and availability

QNED 83 series is available in India at a starting price of INR 1,59,990 for the 55-inch model. Additionally, a 65-inch model is also available priced at Rs 2,19,990. These TVs can be purchased from LG’s official website, LG showrooms, retail partners such as Croma, Reliance Digital, and various e-commerce portals.
