Fintech company Isabel Group introduces Flowin, a new solution that makes it easier for European organizations to get started with electronic invoicing.

The Flowin API makes any ERP, accounting and invoicing software compatible with the European Peppol network to send and receive e-invoices securely. With this, Isabel Group aims to prepare companies for mandatory digital invoicing, which will come into force in Belgium from January 1, 2026.

An e-invoice is not a PDF version of a paper invoice, but a structured UBL file (Universal Business Language, an XML document) with all the necessary financial data.

To send electronic invoices, Belgian companies must first connect to the Peppol electronic invoice network. Flowin closes the gap between your ERP or other invoicing tool and Peppol. It automates sending and receiving invoices via existing software.

Flowin prepares the e-invoice automatically via the Peppol network in the recipient’s software. This means you don’t have to save an email attachment or edit the invoice in any other way. The recipient then has the option to immediately validate the invoice or start an approval process.

With Flowin, the Isabel Group focuses on organizations across Europe. Fifteen software partners have already integrated the API into their solutions. The sales model is simple: the software partners subscribe and pay per customer who activates e-bill, not per e-bill.

Marie Costers, VP Business Solutions at Isabel Group, highlights that with CodaBox they already deliver copies of electronic purchase invoices to accounting firms in more than fifty accounting packages.
