The liftoff window will open today around 19:00 Kiev time from Spaceport America in New Mexico.

This mission, called Galactic 06, will send four special passengers into suborbital space and bring them back to Earth.

According to the company, the spacecraft will have two passengers from the USA, namely Texas and California, one from Austria and the other from Ukraine.

Later, the company announced that this fourth passenger would be the first Ukrainian woman to enter space.

The Galactic 06 crew will fly on the VSS Unity spacecraft under the wings of the VMS Eve launch vehicle and launch VSS Unity at an altitude of approximately 13,700 meters, after which the spacecraft will ignite its rocket engine and depart for suborbital space.

As reported by Ukrinform, on June 29 last year, Virgin Galactic operated its first commercial flight, sending four passengers into suborbital space and bringing them back to Earth.
