Ukraine’s Naftogaz services have resumed operations after a large-scale cyber attack.

The company reported this to: Facebook reported Ukrinform.

“Our services are back up and running. All technical issues with the websites and call center have been resolved,” the message reads.

It was noted that the transmission of statements was available as usual from the 28th to the 5th.

As reported by Ukrinform, on January 25, the gas supply company “Ukrainian Naftogaz” and LLC “Ukrainian Gas Distribution Networks” recorded a large-scale attack on one of its data centers. The companies’ websites and call centers did not work.

Previously, on December 12, The operator “Kyivstar” became the target of a powerful hacker attack, which led to a technical malfunction. Communication and internet access services became unusable.

According to the fact of the cyber attack on Kyivstar, the Security Service of Ukraine criminal case was opened. One of the versions of the investigation involved the participation of Russian special services.
