Samsung will improve the Galaxy S24’s cameras with an upcoming update

Samsung’s latest flagship, the Galaxy S24 series, offers a number of hardware and software improvements. However, users have encountered a few minor issues with the camera and are waiting for an update to fix the issue.

Fortunately, Samsung has officially acknowledged the concerns and these issues will likely be resolved with future software updates. Concerns about the quality of the camera were first raised by a user on the official Samsung forum. In response, the moderator said that Samsung is actively working to optimize the Galaxy S24 camera based on valuable user feedback collected from various sources.

They said they are working to improve color accuracy and improve the “3D effect” compared to previous Galaxy S models. While user feedback points to an overall improvement in the S24’s cameras compared to the S23, there are still some reports of issues.

This includes noise and banding in low light conditions, slight overexposure in daylight, and limited dynamic range around certain light sources in low light conditions. Some users also noticed a loss of detail in certain textures. Therefore, these issues should also be addressed in a future camera update.

However, Samsung hasn’t specified a specific timeframe for these camera updates, which will likely be included in the first few software releases.

In related Samsung news, the company confirmed that an upcoming software update will also fix another issue on the Galaxy S24 series where users complained that their screens were not bright enough and colors were not displayed as they should. We would like to reiterate that there is no set time frame for the update to be available, but we expect this to happen soon as part of a future software update.
