Ukrainians reportedly share more than 40 documents a day via Diya 24 Channels At the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Generally all the time service used more than 22 million times. Moreover, if copies of documents were sent 2.5 million times via Diya in 2021, this figure exceeded 11.3 million in 2023.

How does document sharing work?

• The company sends a request to the user’s application for a copy of the digital document. The request includes information about which company it belongs to and copies of which documents it is requesting.
• User approves the request Action Signature.
• A copy “flies” into the company’s system or email. A company representative may attach a copy to relevant declarations or agreements.

No paper, no printer, no manual filling.

More than 22 million Ukrainians used the function / Photo of the Ministry of Statistics

You can already send copies of digital documents such as:

• ID card.
• Passport.
• Taxpayer card.
• Birth certificate.
• IDP assistance.
• Driving licence.
• Technical passport.

Businesses and government institutions that have already established such an interaction can share documents through Diya. More than 14,000 partners can currently receive copies of digital documents. To contain:

• Government agencies: service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, State Tax Service, DRATS, TsNPy, USZN.
• Banks. 49 banks perform identity verification through Diya in their branches. Of these, 35 provide remote identification through Diya for registration and then provide online account opening. In 9 banking applications, you can update your bank information online with Diya, and you do not need to go to the branch. Especially monobank, PrivatBank, Sense Bank, FUIB.
• Post offices: Nova poshta and Ukrposhta.
• Insurance companies. 9 insurance services, including Polis.UA, TAS Life, Finance.ua.Strahuvannia, VIDI-Strahuvannia, receive copies of documents through Diya.
• Mobile operators: Lifecell, Vodafone and Kyivstar.
• Social institutions: DTEK, Naftogaz, Yasno, Kiev Municipal Service Center, Lvivoblenergo, Lvivenergozbut.

Most often, Ukrainians carry copies of foreign passports, identity cards and RNOCPP through Diya.
