You no longer need to fill out a paper application form to request a ticket refund (i.e. when the online refund is already closed or not previously available). Ukrzaliznytsia has digitized the process, so you just need to fill out the electronic version of the application by following the link.
It was noted that the application review period has not changed. It can be issued from anywhere in the world – all it takes is Diya.Signature and a stable Internet connection.
Registration of a ticket refund request is only possible if there are appropriate markings on the tickets.
The company states that the service is still being developed, so refunds of paper tickets purchased at the box office will be possible later.
