After a long wait, Apple is changing the way Windows users use its services by launching three new apps: Apple TV, Apple Music and Apple Devices. The company aims to reduce Windows users’ need for iTunes by providing a more direct and simplified way to access entertainment features and manage Apple devices.

Apple has worked closely with Microsoft to ensure the quality of these applications

After some testing and feedback, these apps are no longer just a preview. Apple has worked closely with Microsoft to ensure these apps are ready for mainstream use and has worked together to improve the cross-platform user experience.

Apple TV and Apple Music apps open up a world of content for those who enjoy watching TV shows and movies or listening to music. Windows users can now easily watch their favorite shows or listen to music from their iTunes library or Apple’s subscription services. The Apple Devices app makes it easy to manage your iPhone and iPad devices from your Windows computer by providing backup, restore, and content syncing options.

In addition to these new applications, Apple also updated the iCloud application for Windows, ensuring that the application works better on Windows systems. This is part of a larger effort to ensure Windows users can enjoy the smooth operation of their services. Microsoft also supported this collaboration by integrating iCloud Photos into the Windows 11 Photos app.

These apps are available for Windows 10 or Windows 11 PCs but are not currently available for ARM64-based devices. But the publication makes clear that the trillion-dollar tech giant is doing its best to appeal to a wider audience by ensuring that even Windows users can easily access and use Apple services without relying on iTunes.
