“Ilon Musk’s brain chip implantation initiative has announced significant changes to its corporate base. The company has officially moved its registration from the state of Delaware to the state of Nevada, and this is confirmed by the relevant business records,” the message said.
Last week, Musk announced plans for a Tesla shareholder vote to move his company from Delaware to Texas after a court invalidated the company’s $56 billion severance package.
But legal experts warn that Tesla’s move could lead to lawsuits from potential investors, among other things.
