As for the bugs fixed in this new build of Windows 11, the list includes a bug that causes a stop error. DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL affects the file pci.syswhich causes increased CPU usage by the Program Compatibility Assistant service, the one that causes the process to crash explorer.exe when the user uses search, and one that causes the task manager to crash if the process explorer.exe stop responding for some reason.
