Google plans to allocate €25 million to help people in Europe learn how to use artificial intelligence (AI).

This was reported by Reuters, Ukrinform reported.

The technology giant announced the launch of a program for social enterprises and non-profit organizations that can help reach people who will benefit most from this training.

Google will also organize a series of trainings to support companies using artificial intelligence and expand free online courses in 18 languages.

“Research shows that the benefits of AI can increase inequality, particularly in terms of economic security and employment. This new program will help people across Europe improve their knowledge, skills and confidence in using AI, ensuring no one is left behind,” said Adrian Brown, Executive Director of the Center for Public Impact .

According to Ukrinform, IMF Director General Kristalina Georgieva emphasized that artificial intelligence will affect almost 40 percent of jobs worldwide and may increase inequality between countries.
