Chinese company Qysea Technology introduced QY-MT QYSEA, an artificial intelligence measurement system for underwater robots.
This was reported by Robotics and Automation News, as reported by Ukrinform.
QY-MT QYSEA is said to seamlessly integrate underwater data using advanced visual algorithms based on artificial intelligence.
The system features dual real-time and offline measurement modes; these modes ensure accuracy even when watching videos offline.
Designed with customizable and adaptable capabilities for harsh underwater environments, QYSEA’s QY-MT aims to increase operational efficiency.
An artificial intelligence-based algorithm adapts seamlessly to measurement ranges, ensuring accuracy of the visualized measurement data down to the centimeter.
The system has a movable ruler in different colors that can be changed according to different environmental conditions.
QY-MT will be particularly useful for applications in bridge inspection, underwater infrastructure, ship inspection and the offshore wind energy sector.
As reported by Ukrinform, Chinese company Qysea Technology has introduced a new underwater robotic drone with artificial intelligence called FIFISH E-GO.
