GIGABYTE 4000E is a new series of hard drives from the Taiwanese manufacturer. Series intended for input range on an SSD that needs to hit the market at a very good price.

The SSD offer is very wide and you will find everything you are looking for in terms of capacity, performance and price. Not all users need the fastest, Gen5, which requires the latest generation of Intel or AMD motherboards, which not everyone has. In addition, the advantages of these storage units over hard drives are evident in every model you use, even those connected to older interfaces such as SATA.

GIGABYTE 4000E

Giga has several SSD lines on the market, led by the AORUS Gen5 as the top of the line. Those in question are intended for a lower rank, basic drives in M.2 format connected to the PCIe 4.0 interface. They do not contain DRAM cache to make the series cheaper.

They promise sequential data transfer speeds of up to 4 GB per second and 3.9 Gbytes per second in write mode. More than enough in a general usage scenario. They will have a three-year warranty and a minimum support level of 320 TBW (written in terabytes).

The GIGABYTE 4000E will come in storage capacities 250 GB, 500 GB and 1 TB. They should be very economical in price and can be installed on any device including desktops, laptops, NAS, Mini-PCs, SBCs and more, as they do not need additional heatsinks, making it easy to mount on virtually any device.

In addition to individual retail sales, we see them ideal in bundles that include a motherboard, CPU, memory, and storage. No price was given, but they should be decently contained and a good way to replace hard drives or combine them with other SSDs.
