The Ukrainian army is experiencing difficulties recruiting new military personnel

New soldiers of the 23rd Special Battalion of the Ukrainian Army are shooting. They train on a training ground in the middle of one of the snow-covered hills in the province Donetskwhere they were transferred after more than six weeks of training in Ukraine and abroad.

First of all, we train soldiers. They undergo basic military training and then come,” Butenko clarifies.

Typically, men are assigned tasks that correspond to their knowledge. Although no one denies that many will have to fight at the front. They say they will never be sent without proper training.
