As Babel writes, the application will receive, among other things, the following functions:
- The defender’s electronic identity, which facilitates access to e-services and combat systems;
- A comprehensive knowledge base that is a reliable source of information regarding service completion;
- Feedback forms — so that the government can quickly respond to challenges based on real data;
- And even educational online courses for personal development.
In addition, the new program will allow you to send reports, leave feedback about the service, and submit your complaints and ideas in a few clicks.
