This isn’t the first time we’ve talked about the low-cost Xbox series This console could be launched between June and July. To differentiate it from the original model, this cheaper version will come in white, which happened with the Xbox Series S back then.
This information is not officially confirmed, but it fits perfectly with a leak a few months ago pointing to an intergenerational refresh of the Xbox series. This leak pointed directly and very clearly to the new low-end Xbox series
A few weeks ago we shared a special with you where we told you everything we expected of this new Xbox series key to the original model.
What differences will this cheap Xbox series make

Microsoft is going to introduce important changes to this console compared to the original model, which will reduce production costsand which will therefore allow the sale price to be reduced, but will also come with improvements to do so more sustainable and efficient. These will be the most important keys that we can take almost as confirmed:
- Removing the optical drive, this console will be completely digital. This could reduce the price by around 100 euros.
- APU made in a new node, probably the 6nm one from TSMC, which will reduce power consumption and operating temperatures. This will make it possible to change the internal design, use a simpler and more economical cooling system and reduce consumption.
- A new and more sustainable design thanks to the use of recycled materials, both in the console’s chassis and its packaging.

Keep in mind that I am talking about suggested retail prices and that final prices may vary depending on specific offers.
