We start the review of new features with this Xiaomi 14, the standard version of its top line, a device presided over by a panel-built screen. 6.39-inch AMOLED with 1.5K resolution (2,670 x 1,200 pixels in an aspect ratio of 2,225:1 and with a density of 460 dots per inch). Its LTPO technology will allow the refresh rate to range from 1 to 120 hertz. It’s a remarkably bright display, as evidenced by its typical 1,000 nit brightness, which can reach up to 3,000 nits (peak). It offers 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and is compatible with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ thanks to the Pro HDR display technology.

Already inside we see that his brain is a SoC Snapdragon 8 gen 3, which, as you already know, is the latest generation of Qualcomm’s flagship offering. It is accompanied 12 gigabytes of RAM LPDDR5X, with options 256 and 512 gigabytes of storage UFS 4.0. Whether we are talking about the size, performance or especially its photography part, We are standing in front of a device designed to climb on top of a table.

We will start the review of this Xiaomi 14 Ultra by focusing on its screen, 6.73-inch AMOLED with WQHD+ resolution (3,200 x 1,440 pixels in an aspect ratio of 20:9 and with a density of 522 dpi). Like its “little brother”, it offers a variable refresh rate between 1 and 120 Hz, a typical brightness of 1,000 nits and a peak of 3,000 nits, a faithful color screen with 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space and an Ultra HDR display, compatible with Dolby Vision and HDR10+

It is inside that we find the smallest differences between the Xiaomi 14 and this 14 Ultra.
