The launch of the Falcon 9 launch vehicle with 24 satellites was carried out from the spaceport in Florida at midnight Kiev time.
For SpaceX, this was already the 18th mission in 2024. The company planned a total of 144 missions this year.
It was stated that the first stage of Falcon 9 returned to Earth approximately 8.5 minutes after takeoff. SpaceX’s “A Shortfall of Gravitas” unmanned aerial vehicle made a vertical landing in the Atlantic Ocean.
The satellites were deployed into low Earth orbit approximately 65 minutes after their launch.
