Microsoft Bookings gets a new design and brings together your personal and shared reservation pages in one place.

With Microsoft Bookings you can easily arrange appointments with your customers. You enter your availability in the tool so that customers can reserve a time slot themselves. The Microsoft Bookings homepage will just look completely different from now on. Both your personal and shared reservation pages appear in one place, with a subtle, colorful glow in the background.

Scheduling

Microsoft Bookings is a handy tool to avoid a lot of back and forth email traffic. All your availabilities are automatically displayed in the web-based interface, which you can share with customers via a convenient link. You then specify the time slot that suits you and voilà, you receive a notification that the meeting has been scheduled. In addition to personal meetings, you can also create team meetings. Now that both are displayed on the home page, you can quickly switch between them.

If you have a team of people working for you, you can also share meetings with your team members on Home. Customers who have the link can then book a time slot with you or another team member.

Work

On the home page you can create a new appointment type for your personal reservation page. Here you can quickly edit or create your own pre-built templates and set them up for specific types of meetings. With just a few clicks you can create a new type of meeting, for yourself or for your team.

The new homepage features a getting started guide to help users get started and shows examples of how customers will view your page.
