BKM-Orange merges with Orange Belgium to offer integrated ICT and connectivity services.

The ICT integrator BKM is completely absorbed into Orange Belgium following a previous takeover. This move is part of Orange’s strategy to improve customer experience and put IT needs at the heart of its business offering.

In 2019, BKM and Orange merged as BKM-Orange. The aim at the time was to meet the demand for a combined connectivity and ICT provider for B2B customers. The collaboration will now continue under the Orange Belgium flag. This merger is part of the Lead the futureOrange’s strategy with a strong focus on improving customer experience by focusing on ICT services.

Full integration with Orange Belgium

From March 1, 2024, Orange Belgium will take over all BKM-Orange activities. This move aims to streamline business operations and branding within the Orange Group, improve customer experience, accelerate the development of ICT activities and increase efficiency.

Over the years, BKM-Orange has positioned itself as a relevant player in the Belgian market for SMEs and larger companies, with an offer covering four core areas: Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) solutions, IT and security solutions, document and visual Solutions and connectivity solutions. The company is also involved in cloud-based UCC solutions and has generated pro forma revenue of €40 million by 2023.
