Although there are no reasons to indicate a similar situation at the moment, other social networks and messengers reacted instantly: users could notice delays in the work of Telegram (messages are sent with a delay) and a massive influx in X (Twitter). It also affects the operating speed.

The most likely cause of failures in these two services is the sudden influx of users due to the unavailability of Instagram and Facebook. However, there has been no statement from the companies yet on this issue.
