MAGURA V5 naval drones will be able to hit air targets of the invaders thanks to the placement of air defense equipment on the unmanned platform. According to the head of intelligence Kirill Budanov, after the upgrade the drones will be able to hit land, air and water targets.

“Currently, experts are trying to place air defense funds on an unmanned platform. This task is quite difficult. After all, means of target detection, capture of the air object, means of defeat are needed, and all this needs to be placed on a rather small platform. This is not an easy task, but it is real ,” Kyrylo Budanov convinced.

Active work in this direction is already underway, and soon drones will be able to be equipped with various modules to hit targets of different types: land, water and air. In addition, the drones themselves promise to become more stealth, including the ability to dive underwater.

MAGURA V5 is a multi-purpose surface unmanned aerial vehicle capable of performing various combat missions. It may be surveillance, reconnaissance, patrolling, search and rescue, mine countermeasures, maritime protection and other combat missions. Maximum range with the expectation of increase is 833 km.
