Microsoft will hold an event on March 21 to unveil two new hardware devices: Surface Pro 10 and Surface Laptop 6. It is reported by the American media, which confirms the previous information that we dealt with.

Microsoft’s own line of hardware are ideal devices to usher in the era of “PC with artificial intelligence”, a new generation of personal computers that will take advantage of the possibilities of new artificial intelligence technologies and where we will see Redmond’s corporate vision.

And what better way than to do it in Surface Pro 10, a new version of the star device of the whole series as a world reference in 2 in 1. From what we have been told, it will debut an OLED panel, which will obviously raise the level of the display screen. It will have an anti-reflective coating, support HDR and retain multi-touch capability with stylus support.

Microsoft will launch the Surface Pro 10 in both business and consumer versions, and both will be available in two different hardware configurations. On the one hand with the latest processing platform IntelMeteor Lake and on the other side with architecture ARM which will bring the new Qualcomm X to PCs that are expected to be competitive with Apple Silicon in battery life, performance and security.

The device will also feature a new improved ultra-wide front-facing webcam with AI Studio Effects and an integrated NFC reader. The design will basically not change, but the corners will be slightly rounded and available in different colors.

And the Surface Laptop 6. The second device introduced will be a clean notebook from Microsoft. It will get a major design update with thinner bezels, rounded screen corners and more ports. Like the previous one, it will be distributed in Intel or Qualcomm configurations with next-generation silicon and NPU to support artificial intelligence. It will be available in two screen sizes, 13.5 and 15 inches.

They will launch next spring with Windows 11 Moments 5 pre-installed and all Copilot assistant features available so far. The cool AI features that Microsoft wants to completely change Windows with would not be available until the Windows 11 2024 update.
